Explore our turnkey projects and discover how we deliver innovative and reliable irrigation and water supply systems across the country.

Engineered and installed in 6 days across the rugged terrain of Victoria Falls, this project features a 2.2 kW DC solar pump anchored on a high cliff face, supplying a 109 m³ (109,000L) storage reservoir resting on a reinforced concrete ring beam. The system feeds a 1.5 km reticulation pipeline equipped with air-release and non-return valves to handle extreme elevation shifts, delivering metered water to 12 individual standpipes.
Engineered and installed in just 10 days, this 3-hectare commercial irrigation project in Queens Park, Bulawayo, features an 18-panel solar PV array powering a 3 kW Aqua Strong submersible pump and a 0.75 kW DAB booster pump. Water is extracted into a 45 m³ potable storage reservoir before being boosted directly through a precision drip network.
Commissioned by Welthungerhilfe (WHH), Forster Irrigation engineered and deployed a major 13 km water reticulation scheme across three sites in Mhondoro and Norton. The project scope encompassed 7 km of 50mm PN10 main line, 6 km of 32mm distribution line, three 2.2 kW C.R.I. stainless-steel pumps, 40,000L of bulk storage, 120m of palisade security fencing, and 12 motion-sensor solar lights.
In May 2026, Forster Irrigation completed the UNDP Tsotsie Piped Water Supply Scheme in Filabusi. Facing extreme rocky strata, deep gullies, and severe logistical challenges, our team combined adaptive routing, community-led execution, and solar pumping technology to install 7 km of pipeline, 30,000L of storage, and 20 distribution points - delivering clean water on time and within scope.
Forster Irrigation is proud to partner in wildlife conservation through our solar-powered borehole installations across Hwange National Park. By delivering continuous, zero-emission water extraction directly to remote game pans, our high-efficiency solar pumping schemes ensure reliable water security for thousands of jumbos and wild species when natural sources dry up.
Forster Irrigation partnered with FAO (ERVHIZ) to install three 60Ha solar-powered sand abstraction drip irrigation schemes, boosting food security in Matabeleland South.
The Vimbanayi Irrigation Scheme in Chipinge faced numerous challenges, including an inadequate pipeline, frequent power cuts, and high electricity costs. The project's goal was to provide a sustainable, climate-proofed irrigation system for a 33ha area. Explore this project and learn how Forster Irrigation revitalized the scheme with an innovative solar-powered solution.
The CNFA-Amalima Loko project aimed to address water and nutrition challenges in the remote Tsholotsho district. The main obstacle was providing a reliable, sustainable water source for households, livestock, and a community garden where access to traditional power was non-existent. Explore this project and learn how Forster Irrigation implemented a series of solarized boreholes to provide a dependable water supply for the community's needs.
